This online application system is for all licensing except for renewal. The link
for the online renewal system will be posted on the homepage by July 15 th .
NOTE: The Board no longer accepts paper applications, money orders or checks for
licensing. All fees are paid by credit card.
The Board recognizes the anxiety that comes along with the application process. We make every attempt to inform applicants of the status of their application within two weeks of receipt of all documents needed. Then we process the applications as quickly as possible. Please remember that the Board has up to 60 days to inform applicants of their status..
