Status Glossary:

Inactive & Non-Renewed statuses means that the Licensee is not allowed to practice.
Probation means that the Licensee is complying with all Board requirements to continue to practice, and is being monitored for a specified period of time to ensure continued compliance.
Relinquished, Revoked, Surrendered and Suspended all mean that the Licensee is not allowed to practice.
*Relinquished is a non-disciplinary status. **Probation, Revocation, Surrender and Suspension are disciplinary statuses.
***If there is no date next to the "Expiration Date" field then it is not applicable to the status.
