User Login or Account Creation
Select A) Login for an existing account or B) Create Account to register for the first time.
Account information must match the Board record. Enter the license or registration number, last 4 digits of SSN or ITIN, and email address carefully.
A) Login
- Enter the email address and password for the portal account.
- Select Login.
- Continue to the email verification code step.
- After verification, the user homepage will open.
B) Create Account
- Enter the license or registration number.
- Enter the last 4 digits of SSN or ITIN.
- Enter the email address used for the account.
- Select the attestation checkbox and complete the security check.
- Select Next.
If the account cannot be found, check that the browser did not automatically fill the wrong field. Browser autofill can place an email address, name, or saved value into the license number.
B) Confirm Account
- Open the confirmation email sent by the portal.
- Select the verification link in the email.
- Create a password when prompted.
- Return to the login page after the account is confirmed.
Login Security
- A verification code is sent to the account email address during login.
- Enter the code within 10 minutes.
- Select Verify Code.
- If the code expires, request a new code and use the most recent email.
